This LA Shop Keeps Dishing Out Hand-Pulled Noodles

Bang Bang Noodles is a mega-popular hand-pulled noodle stand in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, where customers would often line up for hours for his Xi’an Chinese influenced noodles. Chef and owner Robert Lee had to shift gears amid Coronavirus, and transitioned to a pop-up noodle shop with a skeleton crew. He takes MUNCHIES through a day making noodles under his current operation, and speaks about keeping his business afloat and serving the people of his community in uncertain times.
