The original Spyro The Dragon games were well loved, but were in danger of being forgotten and overlooked by newer generations of video games players. Luckily for the purple dragon’s fans, the Spyro Reignited Trilogy is set to bring the original game plus its two immediate sequels, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage and Spyro: Year Of The Dragon, to a whole new audience on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, there are some things you may not know about the game and we’re here to tell you about them.
With the original game being 20 years old, it was inevitable that the graphics were in need of an update and the developers at Toys For Bob took what Insomniac did in 1998 and brought them to 2018. We’ll also tell you about how the voice of Spongebob Squarepants helped out, as well as talking about downloads, music and how the game was delayed.
